Thanks for your vote on the "huge prison population" in the US. "More criminals", you answered. I also suggested one possible alternative in my other poll about conscription; sending first-time offfenders to military-style disciplinary units, not unlike the"boot camps" that have been created in some American states.. But do these boot camps work? I don't know. Any idea?
