Justin Halpern is the first twitter user to get his feed made into a TV sitcom

29 year ols Justin Halpern's tweet feed is set to become a CBS comedy on US TV. His twitter page, titled shit-my-dad-says, has 815,039 followers.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Halpern who has become an internet star courtesy of his 700,000 followers will co-write the CBS project. Halpern will be a co-executive producer. The creators of Will and Grace, David Kohan and Max Mutchnick, are on board to develop the comedy. It will then become a pilot before executives decide whether to turn it into a series. Halpern already has a book deal with Harper Collins.
