Great poll!  I have a fit when people don't get over to let others in.  I know you don't have to do it, but why be a jerk if you can get over and be nice to someone?

my pawpaw told me to NEVER trust a blinker....cuz some idiots have no clue it is still flashing...

I believe in courtesy on the road, using signals and so on. I thought to make me up a bumper-sticker that says, "Turn Signals: If you don't believe in courtesy or safety, use them because it's the law." Or something like that.

When I am already on the highway, I usually just maintain my speed, and let the merging trafic adjust their speed to get on the highway. Usually, I-84 in Southern Idaho has light traffic, I will move over for the big rigs, when possible.  In general, it is best to drive the posted speed limit and maintain your speed.
