Thank you Rick, and I would add the money may belong to someone else, a family, children, elderly couple, who knows. I once called a man and told him I had his wallet, when he got to the gas station where I worked he offered me a reward because the wallet contained $3000. He and his family had saved for a trip to Disney World. He kept insisting I take it because I had been so honest. Then I told him that the real honest person was the lady who found it on top of the gas pump and brought it "intact" to me. I declined the offer of reward of money again and he then gave me the greatest gift of all, he said "God Bless You". He was not the first person to wish me that and he will not be the last if I continue to be honest and a warm caring person.

So far, the stats by age, show that the older, wiser, more cynical pollsters would take the money. For you youngsters out there, it's called "live and learn." Hey I have a 'what if.' What if I call the police? They will do the right thing, right? Haaaaaa!Sorry, I'm just a cynical old man tonight - too much caffine perhaps.
Take the money and run - Steve Miller I feel I could best decide what to do with the money. I would spend one-third on fast cars, one-third on fast women, and the other third I would spend foolishly. (thanks for the joke Rodney).
i would take the money then kick the body in the taint and run.
That million dollars WILL be missed. If you take it, someone will find you AND the money.
