I'd rather not judge someone I don't know. At least she's waiting until the girl is 16. Beauty pageant and models moms do it all the time. I don't advocate it but I'm ceratinly not enraged over it. She seems to believe she's helping the kid. She's not burning her with cigarettes. I'd have been thrilled to have a mom to give me any attention at all let alone one that thought about my future. However misguided the attempts may seem.
