Is that a naked woman reflected in Dick Cheney's sunglasses?

A new photo is driving the internet crazy: it features Vice president Dick Cheney's always smiling face, covered in sunglasses, on which there seems to be a reflection of a naked person (possibly woman).

The photo was first posted on the White House website, and reporters are debating: is it a naked woman on Cheney's sunglasses? Or maybe it's his own hand holding a fishing rode? Or maybe something else? An alien? I guess only Cheney knows for sure.
