Weight conscious?

The term overweight means that a person has more body fat (adipose tissue) than is optimally healthy. Being overweight is a common condition, especially where food supplies are plentiful and lifestyles are sedentary. As much as 64% of the United States adult population is considered overweight, and this percentage is increasing.[

I have a fast metabolism. I exercise 5 days a week and I'm vegan. When you are vegan pretty much whatever that's left over that you can eat you can eat all you want of.

my best answer would have to be a mix between bring on the food and fast metabolism. because I try to eat a lot, but I don't get any bigger

I am on a pretty strict diet, but it's for health reasons (food allergies), not weight.
