Leo, everybody needs a Union, it is how democracy works. If the majority of the employees vote to have one they should be allowed to organize. We have all heard George Bush say let the market set the price, well if a co-operative is formed to get higher prices for farm products, then why can't any group of people organize and negotiate for higher wages for themselves. This is what you call a free market economy. Collective bargaining is what OPEC does to get $100+ for a barrel of oil. It is what large farm conglomerates like ADM do when they buy up all the goods from farmers and then negotiate for a higher price on the world market .But American industry has always fought an individual's right to negotiate collectively. They pit us against each other so we never get what we need. Think about it.

Dues = $30.00 per month or about 1 hour's wages. Family coverage health care, dental, vision, prescription, $60,000 life insurance all free. Plus 100% match on 401K contributions up to $100 per week, 60% above that amount and pension of around $250,000 at 30 years. It is the difference between surviving and doing well, besides, your doctor, lawyer, nurse, police and firefighter, pro athelete, and favorite actor/actress all belong to a union. You should too! UNION YES!!!
