My neighbor is so tacky that she doesn't even have a trash can. She puts all of her trash into other people's trash cans because she doesn't want to pay to have it collected. Btw, this couldn't happen here either because our trash is collected about half a mile away from my house!
A). We don't have a lawn (rocks, palm trees, some bushes). B). The only trash can we put out front is the recycle bin (garbage goes in the dumpsters in the back alley). C). I have enough cat poop to deal with without adding dog poop on top of it. D). I put way to much thought into this. :-P
