It seems another group of parents is suing someone else because of something their daughter did. Who is to blame for this incident?

NEW ORLEANS (AP) -- The family of a teenage girl who says she was sexually assaulted by a 19-year-old man she met on MySpace.com asked a federal appeals court Monday to revive their lawsuit against the social networking Web site.

I wonder if this is the same girl who lied about her age and then claimed she was assaulted. If it is the same girl, then she has committed this offense on a different occasion. Anyway, I blame the girl and the parents. She is old enough to know what she is doing and the parents should know what she is doing on MySpace and in her spare time. I also blame the boy for being stupid and not asking for some form of id to verify her age. Some girls today think it is funny to get a guy locked up for sleeping with a minor.

So because she met someone online, she was just asking to be sexually assaulted?

No one wants to take responsibility for their own actions anymore.  Let me screw up, blame it on someone else and then get big bucks for it.  Geezzzz
