Rats are a delicacy in Thailand and Vietnam. It tastes like rabbit meat, but you have to cook it properly, otherwise it can cause diarrhea.

I'm not against trying foods that I've never had... on the contrary, I'm usually quite open-minded about it. It's just that rats freak me out. I have a rat-phobia. I don't like rats.

eating rats doesn't seem any more disgusting than eating any other type of animal
