there was a special about that on one of the discovery channels....it was proven they manipulated the info in the movie....just watch the different releases and you will see how they had to alter their language....to make it believable....
There may have been elements of negligence in relation to the threat and warnings, but I certainly don't think that such an atrocity was premeditated by the government.

If you have seen the videos, then you have seen the truth bldg 3 was not hit but contained government documents, including Warren Commission findings that Bush refused to release, and it collapsed into itself hours after the other two bldgs.. Powers behind the scenes control the government and they are not incompetent. They spent 70 million dollars to get people to chose a moron over a POW in the 2000 GOP primaries. Seems pretty clear that it was terrorists. I have to suspect that some obvious warnings were neglected. I'm undecided as to whether or not that was intentionally turning a blind eye, or legitimate resource/ budget problems with organizations responsible for defending us.
