In what looks like an April Fool's prank, BBC claims George W. Bush is nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize along with former English PM Tony Blair. The pair was nominated by a Norwegian politician:
"The background for my nomination is their decisive action against terrorism, something I believe in the future will be the greatest threat to peace," he told the Associated Press news agency. Unfortunately, sometimes... you have to use force to secure peace." (BBC)
not to mention he is one of the biggest offenders...which makes him a hypocrite
maybe when he ;eaves office he'll write the greatest presidential memoir ever, and THEN win the nobel prize. not likely though.
This is OLD. The BBC had a 'flying penguins' spoof on the news this morning. That post is 6 years old.
It quit being funny when he won. Good god... repeating tired rhetoric in a movie. The man didn't do any research, himself, and spent his life pursuing a political career. Worse yet, he blows $20,000 a month on electricity for his home.
