How important is experience when you're voting for president?

In this year's nomination battle between Obama and Clinton, the debate over experience has been an ongoing one. Clinton claims she has "a lifetime of experience to offer" and Obama only has a "speech he made in 2002."  But how important is experience to the public?

There is no experience for the job. It takes intelligence, diligence, tolerence and perserverence. The most important thing is to surround yourself with good people. Lee Iacocca gave that advise in "Talking Straight". Clinton's cabinet was the epitome of that statement.

Thanks for voting. It's for research for a paper involving the current election & I'm curious to know what everyone thinks, so keep voting! It's appreciated!
