we have one in india but i believe the company wont make it another four years or so...hopefully ill be employed somewhere else so i can sit back and laugh when they sink. it would be like my birthday!
Um. First of all, if you have your tech support job and didn't have to move to India to keep it, I'm amazed. Secondly, don't let idiots get to you too much, enjoy the false sense of intellectual superiority while you can.
As a programmer, I occassionally have to do tech support work -- at least to support programs I wrote, for which there is limited documentation for our tech support team. Some people are idiots, but it doesn't overall seem like a bad job.
