Ive heard that wemon a notroriously bad drivers - but I dont think so.  because most accidents are actually done by men.

Women are safer drivers, young males are most dangerous, they haven't learned yet to control testosterone. They think they are immortal, otherwise they would never accept to go to war.

By simply cutting down the number of drivers there would be less accidents, so yes
