Michael Douglas has spent a fortune on plastic surgery, getting his first admitted facelift for his wedding seven years ago. Over the years he also got a tummy tuck and a liposuction. And yet, the 63 year old actor, photographed in LA last night, looks exactly his age.

It's so much more attractive to age gracefully, man or woman.  How is it a good thing to come out of surgery not even looking like yourself anymore?  Rampant Hollywood dysmorphia
