Depends on what kind of jobs.  The country's culture, public education, work ethic... needs to support the field.

Someone will undercut Indian salaries before long and the jobs will follow. Corporate pigs.  I hate outsourcing!

once a country starts to develop, their dollar goes up as well as their economy investors leave. becuase of the new free trade agreement with south america investor are now going to start investing over there. bye indian accent and hello latin america.
