Do you still sue them for the accident?


Let's  say you get into a car accident that is completely the other driver's fault. You are knocked unconscious but the other driver pulls you out of the car. The car explodes but you survive thanks to the other driver.

It would have been my fault for getting in the car with a bad driver. However, I would expect his/her insurance to cover my medical costs.

I would totally sue.  His insurance would cover it anyway.

u wouldnt be in that stituation if it wasnt for the other driver n the first place.
