After spending more than half a billion pounds in his football club, Chelsea, Roman Abramovich has apparently had enough. Chelsea are seeking to change their free spending ways, and refrain from throwing large sums at established stars this summer. Rather, the new thinking at Stamford Bridge is to target up and coming young stars with resale value.
