Do you think the people populating our planet 1000 years ago had - unlike us - great, free, animalistic sex?

Here are some photos taken at the sprawling Khajuraho temple, located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The complex is a monument celebrating the sanctity of human sexuality

YOu have to study more history: people did A LOT of exercise, because that's what thier lives depend on (carrying, dragging, hunting, gathering, running, etc - Brad Pitt style physiques were not uncommon); many civilisations had very high hygiene standards (In Pompei there are many houses who had warm water 24h/day and shower-like devices!) especially for the rich class; people in warm area didn't wear too many clothes, because they were not ashame of their bodies. Couple that with short life expectancy (so they have no time to lose...) and you will have a better picture... If all women and men would walk almost topless/naked all around you, I think your  need for lust&love would grow tremendously! Think more...

Before the curse of iudeo-christianity and semitic people hit the mankind, people were a lot better in many aspects of their lifes: hygiene, philosophy, tolerance and freedom. Overpopulation did not increased our agressivity, either. Humans have to free their minds from sexual pressure before being able to concetrate on great things. Why should we use our energy to deny and corrupt our instincts when we can use it to understand the world where we live in, including ourselves?! If there is any God why else would he give us the gift of conceptual thinking? Read the work of Konrad Lorenz (Noble prize winner) and start getting out of darkness! Power to you all to overcome your fears!

Imagine a world without soaps, detergents, toothpaste, deodorant, exercise, basic medicine or dentistry... Couple that with frequent deforming diseases, few changes of clothes, poor nutrition, filthy water, and oppressive authority systems.  In short, I doubt it.

It was a thousand years ago... meaning a time when the Church ruled supreme. So...

Most people suck today, no pun intended.
