The Telegraph announces that "Bottled water is immoral". Should governments make rules in order to control and reduce manufacture and sale of bottled water?


Britain's environment minister is quoted on the Telegraph today saying the amount of money spent on mineral water "borders on being morally unacceptable".

with education the market can balance itself out and find other win win situations
