Absolutely - all I object to is those who make claims in the name of Darwin that are not supported by the valid scientific theory of natural selection. It is one thing to say that life evolved according to certain natural laws and quite another to say that those laws must exist in a world without a God.
And thus why as a scientific theory it is sound - what I object to is those who make claims in the name of "evolution" that have nothing to do with what it is intended to explain. My only objection to this poll is that it is a classic example of misuse of the Darwin's theory to suggest that either God created the frog and worm as they are or that they evolved according to naturalistic laws in a universe entirely without a god. It is a false dilemma.
I think it should have been GOD or EVOLUTION, seeing as Darwin didn't create frogs. And there should have been some third choice for both; while it may be completely accurate to conclude that the frog was a byproduct of evolution, natural selection as a theory is unable to explain the origin of the natural laws that determine what evolves how.
Wow. You should really learn the meaning of scientific theory. Theories do not graduate into laws.

Thus why it's called a theory, not a law - it's still a work in progress.
