Is this a good time to buy Microsoft stock?

It isn't clear yet whether Yahoo will take Microsoft's hostile takeover offer and join the giant in an all out war against Google. What is clear is that Microsoft's stock closed at $32.60 (for 1 share) on January 31, just before their takeover bid announcement. Last week, a week later, the stock closed at $28.56, a decline of ~13% and an all time low, at least since 2006.
