Loren Feldman, 1938 Media, reviews Seesmic

After posting this review and getting in a fight with the Seesmic people, Loren Feldman posted this on his blog today:

"Due to the fact that Loic Lemur called me a racist for goofing on his site Seesmic all residents of France are now banned from entering this site. I’m sorry for this but blame him not me. His horrible rant will now prevent you from enjoying this site like dozens and dozens of Americans do on a near daily basis. I hate to do this but I feel I have no other recourse at this point in time."

Yeah...I did visit the site too due to the review, and the funny thing is...he was RIGHT in everything he said. Brilliant review, sure a bit more hostile then necessary, but really...how politely can you say something is a piece of garbage?

It's called "rounding numbers." Look into it. Some people like to see a whole number instead of a fraction.

Yet another reason that people enjoy holidaying in Cuba without Americans.

Yeah, last I checked 51% to 51% is... ...fucking impossible. Sorry but your site sucks. I tried following the link to what you guys are talking about and it just redirects to the blog it was linked from. Fix your webpages plx.

nice. at the time of voting, 51 percent and 51 percent.  Last time I checked, that equaled 102%.  Nice. FAIL.

Too bad there was no middle ground in this poll.  Love it or hate it, extreme on both ends.  Probably a little more hostile than necessary, and a lot less funny than he thought he was being, probably.  But... I like my reviews a little hostile.

"All residents of France?" It isn't a large stretch of the imagination to suppose that this guy just might BE racist. You know, I had never considered visiting Seesmic before, but thanks to this ill-mannered moron, I'm going there right now.
