Pathetic. If you look at those fotos, I've seen a million houses like that Villa. And maybe only a few dozen of those yachts. An island? I've always considered starting my own tribe somewhere in distant waters. Castle v.s. Farmhouse, that depends if I have any enemies at the moment. But honestly, I would prefer a Loft for my main residence.
