Avril Lavigne leaves fans waiting in a freezing snow storm

"15 minutes go by… 40 minutes… 1 hour??? Some people were booing others were shivering in their best buy ponchos. Avril had us and her fans waiting in the freezing cold, and she was no where to be found. Some lady came on and started telling us about Avril’s album history… and then said she Avril was ‘on her way’ and ’should be arriving soon’. By this time, my toes and fingers were completely frozen and my friend was eye’ing me to leave. We turn around to walk out and then we hear “Hey Hey Hey Hey…” We stayed for the first 40 minutes and by then our lips were blue and we could hardly move so we booked it out of there."
