Should David Beckham's childhood coach ,one Stuart Underwood, be seriously considered for England Manager?

David Beckham said, on Steve Parkinson's TV show, that the England Football Association should seriously consider the youth coach who discovered him, Stuart Underwood, for the recently vacated position of national team boss.
