What is Isiah Thomas's general malfunction?


Reports from New York claim that coach/GM Isiah Thomas has lost the Knicks players for good, after allowing point-guard Stephon Marbury to return to the team without penalty following Marburys deliberately missing a game in protest of Thomas.
