The Red Hot Chilli Peppers filed suit against a new TV show called "Californication"

The Red Hot Chilli Peppers filed suit against Showtime Networks over a new show called "Californication" - same name as their 1999 album.

Says Anthony Kiedis: "'Californication' is the signature CD, video and song of the band's career. For some TV show to come along and steal our identity is not right"
