A LOT of people. I hate fake tits. I dislike people who lower themselves so much as to get this kind of procedure. I think it's cheap and demeaning to any woman. We are not a pair of tits, we are real people with real flaws and advantages, and anyone who thinks a pair of silicone tits will help them have more self esteem is a fool. The problem is in your brain, not your body.

I was going to say that ppl that said yes, the mayority of them said so cause they are jealous. I've seen rihanna since she started she was like 16, and her boobies look the same, so there!Sometimes she might trapped them too much, or wear bras that push them up too much, and that is way they come across a little too round sometimes.
I think the women who say they are fake are only saying that because they have sorry looking boobs and they don't like to believe that some people can look like that without plastic surgery.
If you think they're fake, your an idiot and you've never heard of a bustier. I've tried on dresses just like that and they make my boobs look very fake even though they aren't. Her boobs are small and perky to begin with, the wiring in that dress is definitely enough to push them up.
Nice theory. Unfortunately there is no way that anyone could possibly get a push up bra to lift and seperate that much with the dress shaped like that. Especially as it is obvious that she's not even wearing a bra.
