I think when you become its important to be honest and own up to your responsibilities, even if you mess up as long as your honest people will respect you for it, rather than people picking up that you're lair and completely shunting your integrity.
Honesty in my opinion is the best policy and anyone who doesn't think so is a liar (ha! ha!)
