In general, yes. Just treat people based on how well they can do the job. That may favor either sex in some cases, but look at it objectively.

On yahoo I picked up a story about the first woman Yeoman Warder (Yeowoman) in British history claimed that she was being bullied by the man co-workers. C'mon she served in the armed forces for 10 years! show a little respect and just let her work, these are people in there 40s and 50s for #### sake.

the fact is that both men and women are equals thats how i think i dont think about which gender is superior its just wrong
