A big problem with politicians and government is they feel a need to pass laws. They're always trying to pass a million different laws, but rarely do they even speak of repealing them. Instead of trying to close every loophole, they might be better off reexamining whether the original law is even necessarry.
I have to disagree, because without them people will start to exploit the loop holes. The laws that we have are in place there for a reason but at times I do feel that some laws a bit too oppressive, I hope one day we'll all be governed by some big computer and not by power hungry law enforcers.
