One major complaint I have about dogs is when owners don't pick up after their dogs in the winter and when the snow melts in the spring, the sidewalks become a maze of dog crap everywhere. Just disgusting. It creates a lot of contaminated runoff as well which is bad for the environment.

Most cities I figure would have "poop and scoop" bylaws, don't they? I wish they had "test the emissions of gas and pass" like they do in California.
