Should Roman Polanski be put in jail, more than 30 years after he was charged?


Roman Polanski was charged and convicted with some pretty serious crimes back in 1977. He fled the US, and continued his fruitfilm filmmaking career in Europe. He was arrested last week in Switzerland. Back in 1977, he was convicted of having sexual relations with a minor, after having an affair with a then 13 year old, Samantha Gailey.

you do the crime; you do the time...at least stand before a court of law and face the consequences of your actions...

IDK - I read that even the victim just wants the whole case to be over with.
