The only problem is what this active system might imply--it's installed in every car under the assumption that everyone at some point 'could' drink and drive. I mean if DIY happens way to often I think its up to governments and manufacturers to step in and do something about it as long as it's not BIG BROTHER invasive. I hate airports! I think this system should target 'the evil that men are doing' rather than 'the evil that men are capable' or 'have done in that past'. I'd be comfortable with it if it wasn't 'in my car' - assuming I might do something you know?
