Have you ever had a problem buying stuff from amazon?

I saved out some money and decided to buy a used movie from amazon. I went to the used section as always. They said dragon ball z movies blue ray for 7 dollars. I now get a message saying that they will only ship a demo of a movie. It has only one movie instead of two. I had this problem once before a long time ago with viewtiful joe. They sent me the demo and then refunded my money. I hope it happens again. If not I am sending it back for a full refund. I hope I can work it out cause I always order used from amazon. It is mainly because I can't afford to buy brand new when used is just as good.
