I would like to add that the situation is improving in some countries. For instance, in Egypt, where sexual harassment is widespread, a man was sentenced last year to hard labor (three years) for grabbing a woman's breasts, which I find a bit harsh.
Gidget65, I agree that this would be a crazy idea in countries where sexual harassment of women is severely punished,like the US, but there are many countries where it is too often tolerated.
You know I really don't know what to say about this, I heard something similar on CNN's 'Eye on Korea' (This week) about a pink parking space exculsively for women (?) ehh okay. I agree when they say its a little bit patronising. I've never even heard of pink roads lines before.
