Utah State Officials say, "Don't Shoot Your Old Television."
The switch to digital TV earlier this month now means there are plenty of old-style, analog tube TV sets around.
It has become great sport in certain parts of the state to shoot up the old set.
Utah State Officials are warning people there to resist the temptation, reminding citizens that TV sets are loaded with potentially toxic elements. and that it can cost up to $7,000 to clean-up a shot-up TV set.
