In video games the graphics are getting better and better but game play is lacking. In my opinion graphics don't make a game. Are you the type of person that thinks that graphics matter in a video game?

nope. I prefer old school nintendo.

Sometimes graphics are cool... but I'm very old school and would take a text-based game like Gemstone III or the original Zork over some of these overly graphic intense games out today.

Yeah, they definitely matter but I get your point. I can still play old games that graphics are showing their age because of story. There aren't a lot of games like that. The best games are the ones you can play 10 years later.
