David Carradine's death

Turns out david carradine wasn't just found hanging in Thailand: he also had his hands tied over his body. Which sounds more like S&M and bondage than a suicide. A now his ex girlfriends tell TMZ he was indeed a big S&M person who loved to be tied down and stuff. Was there somebody with him when he tied himself down and died? That's my big question.
