Crista Taylor: a scam artist or Dirk Nowitzki's baby's momma, or both?

This is a weird one: a woman called Crista Taylor (also known as Cristal Taylor and Crista Ann Taylor) is charged with all kinds of scamming in different states. She was found by police in Mavericks' Dirk Nowitzki's apartment, where they arrested her (he was away at the time). Now she also says she's preganant, and with Nowitzki's baby.

Funny thing is, NFL QB Tony Banks  says he knows the woman, had a brief relationship with her, and quickly understood she was no good. It's not clear how Nowitzki fell for it.

Also, as you can see from Crista's photo, she isn't the prettiest girl on the block...
