Judge Sonia Sotomayor: Obama's choice for Supreme Court Justice
Obama picks a woman, of hispanic decent, raised in the Bronx and now a judge at the 2nd circuit federal appeals court in New York.
Judge Sotomayor is known for believing her heritage and gender, as well as her life experience, can improve her judicial decisionsand enhance the point of view of a panel of "white male judges" typical of the supreme court.
Republicans are expected to oppose the nomination of Sotomayor, claiming she's an activist, liberal judge who believes the judicial system should create the rules, and not just follow them. Republicans, however, stand little chance in blocking judge Sotomayor, since Democrats have the majority of the house.

She was top of her class in some of the most prestigious schools in the US. She has risen to the top courts in the country. I think she just may be intelligent enough.

I just um, can't see her being in the supreme court justice she looks a bit too nice.....
she does not look inteligent enough to be in the supreme court of justice
