I personally do not believe any one is really LAZY. I think lazy is a symptom and so is procrastination. Dig deep to find the cause!
Everyone could probably use a bit of help in all areas, but if you focus on one and practice self-discipline results will spill over into the other areas.
I finally broke that habit, but I still miss it!

i think all are not exactly what i wanted. of course i always want more once i achieve something.

not that i'm crazy bad. i'm doing ok but still smoke, drink and eat not as healthy as i would like to. yoga, swimming and meditation balance me
