its called only eating when you are truly hungry and cutting back on unhealthy foods and going for a walk everyday. I dropped like 40 pounds doing just that.

3 days a week 30min cardio. a few crunches. no junk food, fast food or fried food. write food diary. eat healthy. Basically you have to burn more than you eat.
