The Belgian city of Ghent will be having a "Veggie Day" once a week.

Civil servants and soon school children will have a weekly Veggie Day where they eat vegetarian food in an effort to be more environmentally friendly and to cut down on obesity. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/8046970.stm
