Should google store Nikki Catsouras decapitated photos?

Nikki Catsouras is a teen who died in a gruesome car accident, in which her head was decapitated (she drove her parents' convertible). Last year someone leaked horrible, shocking photos from her accident onto the web, much to the chagrin of her parents. Today the story came up again since the photos can still be found on Google image search.
