Ladies, can most guys or not?

I got my face slapped by this college girl, and she got me easily. She had her hip out, her left hand on her hip, and then she flipped her right hand out and slapped my face fast. I can't duck or block that move, i don't know how to. Do you know this move? Do most guys, from what you've seen, or done personally, block this move or duck? Or we can't?
