Sould middle school students be able to earn the privlage of having their phone or ipods on and out at break and lunch times?


Yes theu may be a diswtaction with learning, but what if they were only allowed on at break and lunch? Ipod and phone use is strictly not allowed at school. What if they are only allowed on when they not a distraction?
